helpful staff friendly staff free drinks
the staff was super helpful and friendly. brianna was a 10/10, even on her first week! she suggested drinks at the bar. my boyfriend even got two free drinks for his birthday!
irons don't work well, though there are five available.

the hotel is located right on lincoln road, a pedestrian area full of shops and restaurants. a free bus to various destinations stops very close to the hotel. the beach is only a 15-minute walk away!

location good, but problems exist
roach problem expensive parking
the location was acceptable with many dining options nearby.
A roach was in my room. I found no place to park my car. i had to park nearly three miles away at a parking garage and tip every time i retrieved my vehicle. i had to rent a bike just to get to my car and back to the hotel.

bad cleaning dirty furniture
There were things I did not enjoy. My room had some issues with cleanliness. I felt some furniture was very dirty. My cleaning was bad. I think the hotel should do more to improve the service.
